Damaged storm drain outlet, 4th August
There is a storm drain located underneath beach hut 147 which is located 4 huts away from Susies Cafe, IP18 6EL. The outlet from the storm drain runs underneath the promenade on to the beach. East Suffolk Council do not own the land and Anglian Water do not have ownership of the outlet. We are led to believe this is Highways, The outlet is damaged and causing the storm drain to overflow on a regular basis, Please could this be investigated and rectified. Regards, Connie.

Bus stop for school children flooded, 17th November
The bus stop which has a shelter for the school children to wait in, is flooded every time it’s rains and it makes in impossible to get into the shelter with out wading through a huge puddle. The drains are blocked to safely disperse the rain water. This is becoming unsafe as the children have no safe place to wait as the road has no paths. This is an urgent issue and the children safety is priority.

Vehicles driving wrong way, 5th July
Cars are constantly driving down the wrong way of this one way street. There is not ample road markings or street signage to communicate to drivers that it is NO ENTRY at the top of the road. With the summer fast approaching this is a serious accident waiting to happen, with the huge amount of pedestrians that also use this road.

Road centre lines not visible on bend at a busy junction, 5th July
The centre lines are faded and worn on a blind corner and visitors are mistaking the road directly ahead, to the car park, as the carriageway. I have seen 3 cars in the last week continue straight ahead at the bend without slowing, indicating or taking time to check for traffic coming from the left. As it gets busier in the summer holidays the risk will increase. The problem is compounded by speed and the fact that the 20mph markings are also fading. Basically I think we need the white centre lines repainted as soon as possible to prevent a serious accident. Thank you.
