Very large deep pothole. Unavoidable position in road., 15th January
This has developed over the past few weeks at a rapid rate. It's now unavoidable for all traffic. Due to its depth it is an ever more serious hazard. This road is also not only a school, but also a public bus route. On this stretch, this referencing mostly of Edinbane loop road, I also report multiple other random potholes (many of which are also unavoidable due to location on road and visibility) and the falling away of the road itself on the verge sides.

Blackhill, 19th June
Road dreadful, did get excited 3 weeks ago when it was swept. That only made it worse and exposed how atrocious it has become. It seems it was the grit and and that was holding it together! Road outside the school at the end is downright dangerous for the primary school children

Two sizeable potholes in road., 27th February
The potholes started developing a few weeks back. Being on a bus route and with the wet weather they are now rapidly deteriorating, flinging out stones with each vehicle that inadvertently goes through them. This process has already smashed a car window of mine, as my designated car park is parallel.

Road washing away, 23rd December
This road has been reported several times and now is even worse due to the heavy rain. Also at the bottom of the road outside the school there are deep channels where the road has collapsed meaning you have to drive almost touching the school gate to get past. This is a serious hazard to the primary school children!

Road is collapsing, 1st August
The road at blackhill past Edinbane primary school is now collapsing, at this rate it will be nothing more than a gravel track in a few weeks. If my property or my vehicles are damaged by this disgraceful mess I am giving advanced notice I will be claiming against the Highland council for negligence and failure to upkeep the road. Last time I reported this I was informed I would receive a reply in 30 days. It's nearer 90 now and no acknowledgement, shocking performance by an organisation I help fund through my taxes.

20 yards of road completely breaking up, 23rd January
This has been deteriorating for the last 6 years and a token bucket of tar has been applied, see the pic. Residences are affected, loose stone everywhere, and washes away everytime it rains. A bucket of tar is not going to help, it needs doing properly before the houses are cut off.

The junction between the main road and the old road is being destroyed by the use of large vehicles on a daily basis. The entrance needs repaired and restrictions placed to stop this happening again. The grass verges are also being destroyed and widened as the vehicles continue to drive over them.

Junction onto main road, 10th March
The junction onto the main road has become dangerous. Due to traffic over a number of years it has suffered from erosion. Large stones and loose gravel between the old road and the new road make it dangerous for stopping and can damage car tyres.
