Plumbers vans parking too close to junction for days blocking views of drivers getting out junction, 4th August
Simpson Plumbing vans have been parking here on the junction last 3 days now. 1 is fine, but as you can see by the picture the other is parked right on the junction which is not in keeping with the highway code. It makes it difficult for road users to see passed them because of their size already. But the position is making it impossible to come out of that junction without it being risky as cars coming round can’t see you either and i have witnessed a few near misses the last few days.

Traffic calming needed, 20th March
This road is getting worse and worse for reckless drivers!! Constant noisy vehicles and driving, keep waking my daughter up at night but happens all through the day also. Don’t feel comfortable crossing the road due to the speed of some people. The roundabout keeps getting used for circuits and has had multiple signs damaged. Many close calls of impatient people not stopping or looking on the roundabout. Just sick of hearing backfiring and I know it’s an issue in elgin but something needs to be done fast.

Parking on yellow lines, 17th March
This is a constant issue. If you go to google street view the same vehicles are still parked thats months ago and causing a disruption on this part of road. Fines should be issued.

This pot hole appeared about a week ago and has developed into 2 potholes and they are growing in size almost daily

Surface water issue, 1st January
For months there has been a large amount of water coming out of the pavement running across the road. It’s bubbling out of the ground and I’m worried it could cause a sinkhole especially as it’s next to parked cars. Scottish water have confirmed it’s not a burst main. There’s also a similar problem just by the roundabout where it keeps causing issues and just keeps getting patched up but not sorted. It’s been lethal with the cold weather recently and just wanted to make sure it's not going to cause further problems

New road entrance, 16th August
It might be because it’s still in progress but the new road to the new estate being built, opens up onto a 60 mph road on a bend. Many people have pulled out in front of me, maybe the road should have been extended into the 40mph limit just as you pass the garage - before works started.

Large Sinkhole Appearing, 25th March
There's a large hole in the road, with surrounding tarmac sinking down. There's no ground under the tarmac layer, probably been washed away. Hole is currently large enough for a child's foot to go down. Road in danger of completely collapse.

Badly sunk road surface that floods, 29th August
The road surface out side 33 Hermes rd Elgin has become badly sunken and dangerous to passing vehicles and pedestrians. Water collects and becomes quite deep at this point as there is no drainage possible. The whole length of this roads canter has become dangerous. This has been an issue for many years and has only got worse. No maintenance has taken place on this road for years.
