Bushes and parking, 4th September
Bushes are growing over the pavement making it impossible to get past with a pram. Also contractors working at Academy/leisure centre parking on pavement forcing pedestrians out into traffic to get past, this area needs double yellow lines as the current signage to say no parking on road has had no effect

Tree due to be cut down? Please prevent it!, 11th April
I have heard that this tree is due to be cut down as it is 'dangerous' i.e. the wall in front has fallen down. Can this tree please be protected by a TPO? The tree is in no way dangerous, and it would be an affront to have it cut down.

Multiple pot holes in a line., 7th May
Potholes have been here for months and months. Been reported by neighbours many times and still here. The whole of Feddon Hill as you turn into the left and left again, then come down the hill has really bad holes. It's like driving on an obstacle course to avoid them.

Speeding traffic, 11th December
Ness Road in Fortrose from the junction with the A832 down to Chanonry point car park - the entire road is supposed to be 30mph maximum, but most vehicles including delivery vans & lorries are travelling at far greater speeds. There is great risk of serious accidents along this stretch due to children and pets being on or near the road - the current double yellow lines are totally inadequate as they do not cover the newly established Chanonry Park housing area and should now be extended to cover the entire length of Ness Road. Added to this extra measures are needed to aim at slowing traffic down such as road speed humps and also solar powered ‘your speed’ digital signage attached to lampposts such as exist elsewhere within the Fortrose and Avoch area. It is high time this situation was monitored by Highland council and subsequent action taken to resolve this worsening hazardous problem.
