Blocked drainage causes flooding in driveway, 3rd March
The show area is flooded due to blockage of drainage, which causes flooding in driveway. Street dirt and insects building up.

Cars keep parking by slice pizza and grill blocking public pathway., 2nd March
Cars have no deterrents from parking here and blocking a public pathway. This is a mild inconvenience for able bodied people with no baby strollers. But dangerous for people with mobility issues/wheelchair users, especially as romford road has unforgiving heavy and fast traffic with people booking it down to the a406 or to beat the green lights.

Road flooding during heavy rain, 18th January
During periods of heavy rain, the road floods, Eastbound on the A12, Eastern avenue after the Gants hill roundabout.
This causes significant amounts of water to splash up and soaking people as they walk up / down the ramp to the Gants Hill tube station and inevitably increases the risk of the station closure due to flooding.
