Pig or cow leg on pavement, 28th September
Residents from 16 Birkdale Cl uses the pavement as their personal dumping bin. This path is always blocked by their rubbish ( garden waste, computer chair, chest of drawers, car seat, potty’s and the list can go on!) on this time they dumped something which looks like a pig or cow leg on the pavement. This is very serious and can cause a serious health hazard to surrounding. This people needs to be stopped!
