Rubbish, overgrown areas, 22nd April
Along Hutchins Road, as you come up the underpass from town centre, the area is totally overgrown, this area has not been attended for some years, has deteriorated. So not trolleys get dumped, and rubbish, fencing, looks like a tip, so people use it as one. Peabody seem to care for some areas, but not all, maybe because you don't have housing on this street, or not many ? But, you need to please do some wirk along here. The canal is full of green stuff, you said it was being treated, well this is so bad, it looks like grass, thick. The reeds are overgrown, the brambles overgrown , think once in 13 years this area was nice, tidy. Used to be able to see the canal, ducks, swans used to go by, sit on the side along hutchins Road, now just a rubbish tip. Pls can you tidy it up, please cut back the weeds, reeds, bramble, let us see the canal again. You do the town centre, you do the main big park area, areas more seen, how about out road, We put up with allot, re the students and there rubbish, they see it as a dumping site at lunch times, by cleaning the area, with luck, they may stop dumping rubbish.

Beds and mattresses as well as black bag rubbish all along this road, 21st April
On the corner as you turn into Goldcrest theses beds and mattresses has been doubling in n size! Someone must be coming round and dumping rubbish here. As you move along the road you can see black bag rubbish piling up that has been there for a number of weeks. In the corner of my own house you will see the clear back with what looks to be garden waste in which has been left there. This is making the area look and feel dirty! As a homeowner I’m ashamed and disgusted of driving down my own road.

Excess litter in Cross Lake Woburn Close (Cross Lake park), 20th April
Cross Lake Park is littered with excess rubbish, just behind 3 Woburn Close and 4 Woburn Close (SE28 8QZ). Judging by its appearance, it seems it has been in this state for a few years. Additionally, I observed a fox family living in this area (a vixen and two little cubs), in the same spot. It's sad to see this area so neglected, with wildlife suffering the consequences of human actions. Furthermore, in my previous report (5878054), I mentioned that the trees are in poor condition. We would like to request assistance from the authorities to clean up Cross Lake Park and support the wildlife in the area. We're also willing to contribute and assist the authorities in cleaning up the space. However, there's no access to this park as the gate is locked (located on Summerton Way).
