College st, blackmoorfoot road, Nabcroft Lane HD4 5EB etc, 4th May
This problem has been on going for months and months and its impossible to get past cars and vans parked on the full pavements, this is suppose to be illegal, the council came out and repainted Nabcroft Lane with double yellow lines but motorists are just ignorting this. Sooner or later someone is going to get run over having to go on the road all the time to get past especially the vulnerable and parents with babies. I've reported it dont know how many times to kirklees council, police etc the council could make a fortune giving out fines if their strapped for cash. Also it might save a life too.
