Two potholes when turning from the south side of Edgwarebury Lane left onto the Edgware Way, 12th April
Two potholes when turning from the south side of Edgwarebury Lane (northwards lane) and left onto the Edgware Way, one just before rounding the corner and one right on the corner. The potholes on the other side of the crossing (the southwards lane of Edgwarebury Lane) were recently filled but these two in the other lane were accidentally missed out. Although small they are big enough to unseat a cyclist etc. Cars are now starting to do awkward manoeuvres around them.

Pothole repair needs re-doing, causing dangerous manoeuvres, 8th April
The pothole repair on Edgwarebury Lane (south side of the Edgware Way, just after turning onto Edgwarebury Lane, in the north to south traffic direction) missed a section of the pothole/ has partially come out/ has created a significant ridge. It’s at risk of causing an accident, not just to anyone on a vulnerable vehicle like a cyclist who drives over it and comes off but increasingly because vehicles who are familiar with the hole/ ridge are now driving around it to avoid it which means that they are ending up in the middle of the road and sometimes over the line towards oncoming traffic. It’s been reported a number of times but hasn’t yet been re-repaired and needs prompt addressing to stop the driving patterns which are happening there to avoid it, and which are likely to cause a head-on accident. See photo - the gap/ big ridge is at the end point of the double yellow line. Thank you for attending to this safety issue.

Lighting bollard damaged at base so keeps falling, 8th April
Lighting bollard where Edgwarebury Lane meets the Edgware Way in Edgware HA8 was just popped back on top when it last came off rather than being replaced. The base where it attaches is damaged - see photo - so it still keeps falling over and coming off (even since the last repair within the past week or two!). It needs to be replaced so that it can be attached properly to the base and stops falling into either of these two main roads. Please could a new piece be brought and attached to fix this issue more permanently.
