ISSUE: Violence against women and girls (VAWG) - Officers will be going into schools and giving talks to women/girls in order to give them information on how they can keep themselves safe when out and about.
ACTION: Officers will liaise with Women's Groups in the area in order to identify 'hot spot' areas so more targeted patrols can be carried out.

ISSUE: To give crime prevention advice pertaining to burglary on the ward targeting those areas most commonly affected. This will hopefully reduce the opportunities for such offences and give residents the tools to be able to protect their homes and belongings.
ACTION: Crime prevention packs will be posted to residents which will give information on how to secure their property as well as advice on how to deter would be burglars (e.g. u2013 leave lights on when leaving the house
