ACTION: Visit all licensed premises and review license. Identify if the premises are a cause of local ASB and street drinkers. Carry out random test purchasing.

A-This can be achieved with constant attention towards e-scooters and potential seizure if relevant.
R-E-scooters make footpaths such as on the canal unsafe as a result of their high speeds.
T- To be reviewed at the next ward panel.
