Work of Bridge at Grantley Hall entrance has been on going for months. The main problem today is that both sets of traffic lights are set on Red !!!

Inadequate Signage for Roadworks, 1st December
The bridge is closed for work with traffic lights either side, however, there is inadequate signage leading up to it. Coming from the Ripon direction heading toward Risplith there is a blind bend on a steep hill, then temporary traffic lights. When a few cars are backed up at the lights this is very dangerous as other traffic comes around the bend often quite fast. Today a truck nearly rear ended the car behind me.

Very rough patch, 7th June
A vehicle burned out here several years ago and has left the road damaged and is getting much worse. It is very rough now and needs filling in please.

Water missing drain and running down residential drive to house, 4th May
Reported a few weeks ago, so far got a little white cross on road but water still causing problems. It took three days to clear the debris from the heavy winter rain, don't want to have to start again when we get more heavy rain

Large potholes on this stretch of road between risplith towards Ripon and the top of the hill after going over the bridgr, 23rd April
The pot holes are dangerous on this stretch. One is right after the bend coming up the hill towards Risplith. Please can someone check these out before someone swerves and there is an accident. I won't drive this stretch now due to the potholes. You can't see them in time at night.

Large amounts of mud on the road which never washes away with rain., 20th February
This section of Sawley Moor Lane is constantly muddy and has its verges pushed out into the road causing even more mud to be spread across the road creating a quagmire when it is at its worst.

Bocked road drain and large pothole extending into road from drain., 20th February
The roadside drain has been blocked for several months and is the lowest part of the road which floods out into the centre. The water is disguising a deep pothole in this dip in the road and several cars have hit the pothole with force (wheel covers have been found here). If vehicles avoid the pothole and flood, they are in the centre of the road in a dangerous spot.

Deep potholes all the way down to hog hall, road subsiding below lowgates cottage, 24th February
Deep potholes all the way down lowgates lane, sawley.Road is subsiding in places and is particularly bad after lowgates cottage. Dustbin wagon came off road 4 weeks ago and need 2 recovery lorries to recover and prevent lorry from tipping over into field below. The problem with the potholes has been a problem for several years, but is now causing damage to a lot of cars. This lane is used by a lot of ramblers and is a danger to walk down.
