Collapsed drain and sharp kerb, 12th December
Heading south, on the nearside as the road bends and dips, there is a drain which has collapsed. This causes the metal edge of the drain to jut out beyond the first kerb and the further kerb has a vertical surface of stone. Driving along this road in the dark at 18:30 on 11/12/18 we drove over this drain and both of the nearside tyres were punctured on the side walls, due to the sharp edge of this drain, this resulted in a AA rescue and two new tyres.
Noteworthy also is a reflector post ( one of three or four placed before this bend ) which has been knocked down and is laid in the grass

Dangerous amount of deep/large pot holes on South Lane, 29th March
Pot holes causing damage to several cars. Lots of Large and deep pot holes along South Lane. There's no avoiding them. Temporary fixes are just useless. Needs a proper resurface to prevent holes returning. This has been done in other areas and pot holes have not returned. These holes have been around for at least 4 years and refilling them is pointless as they come back within a matter of a couple if months. I think it's time a proper job was done. Thank you
