Cats Eyes on slip road between slip and main carriageway, 6th February
The cats eyes are proud of the road surface following road works last year. They are damaging tyres and causing issues with cars swerving to try to sneak through the 'gaps in between' when joining the main carriageway. In some cases, the front face of the cats eyes have around 20-40mm exposed.

Pothole in middle of 3 lanes westbound between 1 and 3 miles ish before scammonden bridge, 26th January
Pothole in middle lane of 3 westbound approx 1-3 miles before Scammonden Bridge. Very deep pothole and very dangerous at 60-70mph. Been like this for at least 1 month

Possible safety issue M62 j22 - 23 eastbound, 9th January
Not sure if this is something to be worried about but in a field very close to the above stretch of motorway are a few HGV trailers with advertising posters on the side. I noticed when I drove past a few weeks ago that a couple of them were on a slope, pointing down towards the motorway. If the brakes or whatever was keeping the trailers in place failed, then they would be heading off down the hill towards the motorway. It could of course be that the wheels had been removed and I hadn't noticed this or they are secured in some way in which case there isn't a problem but I thought it was worth a mention. Please note the location pin I put on the map is a bit of a guess but they were definitely that side of the reservoir

Flytipping, 1st April
There is lots of dumped rubbish here including fridges, tyres, sofas and bottles. I own a house looking onto this and whilst it is unavoidable to a certain extent it is now an eyesore and will attract further flytipping.. I believe as this is the motorway verge this is your responsibility? Thanks

West Bound - Light Colin has been struck or damaged, 10th February
Hello a lighting pole has moved or been damage by either weather or a vehicular accident. The Light is now very brigh, distracting and is directly in to our homes at 909/ 911 New Hey Road and is not illuminating the motorway.
I’d like this address in relation to the following ACT.

Grit bin requires refill, 15th January
Grit has largely been used up in the recent bad weather conditions and requires refill. The cul-de-sac is on a hill so residents are unable to drive out without grit in poor weather

The bridge is becoming a place to meet for gangs. It is becoming a problem for local residents to walk under the bridge and our local young people feel intimated, to the point of calling their parents to come and pick them up, rather than walk under the bridge. This happens during the day and on evenings. The cars meet under the bridge and cannabis is used and sold. Last night fireworks were fired at the bridge lights, trying to break them. This am there is rubbish everywhere, old fireworks and remnants of canisters (they inhale). Is it possible to connect a camera to the bridge to stop this. We also have cars parking under the bridge and doing mechanical work, swapping tyres from new cars onto older ones?? The bridge is becoming a worry for local residents.
