There's a persistent flooding issue outside the Moorland Pub, Keighley Road A629, both sides. Its been like this for over 2 years now. Not sure if they have been cleaned or there is another drainage issue.

Defective manhole cover, 18th November
Loose manhole cover clatters loudly when vehicles drive over it. Reported to Bradford Council in June and twice again since then. Noise is getting louder and can be heard half a mile away.

Illegal parking, and pavements almost completely blocked, 26th April
Junction opposite Well Heads. Cars park directly opposite the junction on the dropped kerb. Causes traffic problems and people cutting the corner directly outside Keelham primary school. In addition to this other cars then park completely across the pavement across from Keelham Primary school to allow cars additional space to turn the corner but there is no room for residents to place bins out, push chairs or wheelchairs to pass. I have been in my property for 7 months and this has been a continuous problem. I would expect the council to have more strict road markings right outside a primary school and in such a heavy traffic area.

Fly tipping from car, 25th April
Discarded takeaway littering the road . Attached is a photo of the delivery receipt inc reference number. I’m sure with a little detective work it should be easy to trace this individual and hit them with a nice fine
