GU8 5QB. subsidence outside gate of Silver Birches, Gasden Lane, due to damage caused by Swish Fibre. since they have finished the rain water does not now flow into the road drain but forms a puddle and runs down our drive. it is also not very nice for people walking along the path. swish fibre had a compressor running in this area which has altered the ability for the water to drain away. swish fibres have in general made a good job of their trench topping, but left us with this Hugh puddle. Mike Brown. we do have photo how do we send this.

51.154356 -0.647443

There are several blocked drains on Petworth Road. When it rains the water runs down the hill and drivers tend to move to to middle or offside of the road causing oncoming traffic to swerve or pedestrians to get soaked. The main issue is that the rain brings down more stones an silt.

Some roadworks are going on here and apparently they're gonna be going on for quite a long time. They have a two-way light system. Coming from Witley they only a green long enough for two cars to get through. Also they turn green when the cars coming from the other direction obviously on green. It's chaos. I tried to tell one of the workmen this morning and he just raised his hand in the air?

Overgrown Pathway, 23rd June

Fri, 23 Jun 2023 10:51:39 +0100
51.167075 -0.660759

I have reported this problem multiple times and nothing ever gets done. This pathway is extremely overgrown now that in places you can't even see the A3 over the vegetation. Some of the bushes or very prickly and overhang onto the path. It literally is like taking a jungle hike with protective clothing needed. I have even resorted to contacting my local Councillor as I am at a loss of what to do now. She reported that she had a phonecall last week to say it was being cleared. This was a lie as nothing has been done. As this is the only access non drivers we have no other choice but to use this path daily to get to work and into the villages of Thursely and Milford. It is totally unacceptable for a pathway to be like this and never maintained.

Pathway overgrown, 23rd June

Fri, 23 Jun 2023 12:49:01 +0100
51.165702 -0.662647

This pathway has been overgrown and almost unusable for months now. I use this path to walk to work and walk my dog. This is the only access I have without driving my car. The tree branches hang down and make this very dangerous. When it rains the tall grass leans over so you have no choice but to walk through it and get soaking wet before you have even got anywhere. Snakes and other small animals hide in the long grass and are often on the pathway because the long grass is close by. This does not happen when the grass is short. This pathway is never maintained. Perhaps once a year after a lot of reporting by residents.

Pathway along A3 almost unpassable due to bushes, overhanging branches., 23rd June

Fri, 23 Jun 2023 10:18:37 +0100
51.164283 -0.664875

This pedestrian pathway has been blocked with debris, overhanging trees and bushes and grass grown so high it is almost impossible to pass. I use this access daily to get to work as I do not drive. This is the only access for non drivers. This pathway is cleared maybe once a year of that and should be maintained regularly as people living close by use this path daily.

Extremely overgrown pathway from Rodborough Hill Cottages to Rodborough Hill Carpark., 22nd June

Thu, 22 Jun 2023 17:03:32 +0100
51.165985 -0.661644

This pathway is extremely overgrown with grass and other plants growing so high that the A3 can barely be seen. The path is used not only by ramblers but by permanent residents of houses nearby. This is the only route non drivers have to get to the villages of Milford and Thursley. Some of the plants have grown to over 6 foot high and are prickly and difficult to pass as they hang down. This has been an ongoing issue and this area is never maintained. People on bikes are getting swiped by branches and animal hiding in the grass are getting injured as they run out.
