Overflowing water, 16th March
This section of roads has a small but 'constant' flow of water across it ~10 months of the year. I suspect there is an underground pipe that is blocked. Recently a tarmac repair has been carried out but the underlying problem of water flowing over the lane has not been addressed.

This road flood is constant over the winter months - I've reported it many times. Solution is a simple 4 ft drain trench through the hedge to allow road to drain into the field.

Very deep pothole. on road alongside Winkworth Arboretum., 21st January
The pothole on road next to Winkworth Arboretum is invisible at night . There is no room to avoid the hole when oncoming traffic is approaching, especially at night when the road is in darkness. I drove into this hole last night and I don't know how much damage it has caused yet.
