Dangerous Road arrangement with partial closure, 11th May
The arrangement to Amlets Lane at Mannings Hill is pretty lethal, I nearly had a range rover crash into the side of me and I saw another near miss on my return back from the school run. I’ve drawn a sketch of it cos I was driving so not able to take a photo ( this was for my husband - hence Fergus's House being annotated)
So they’ve closed the main road up to towards Smithwood Common but opened one lane from the road from there onto Amlets Lane– this is really hard to see the traffic coming round as it looks like the road is totally closed. There’s a great big red container / cabin which masks any cars coming down that road so before you can see if the road is clear you might already be out, they probably have their view blocked also.

The footpath between Nuthurst Avenue and the cemetery is being obstructedy, 3rd February
This footpath floods when there is very heavy rain. Notices saying 'Footpath Closed' and orange and white cones and a 'gate' were put up when this happened several weeks ago. These are no longer needed but are being moved around the path by children (?) which not only obstructs people with restricted mobility but needlessly diverts pedestrians. They need to be collected.
