Sunken drain cover plates x5, 11th March
Along the downhill straight on the A281 there are about up to 5 spaced oblong metal drain covers. Over the past 2 months these have sunk by about 3cm resulting in a significant bump to the wheels. This is a 60mph limit road and at this speed the dropped covers are alarming when driven over.

Pothole, 24th November
This pothole has been here for months, now that there are temporary traffic lights on the other side of the road, there is no way to avoid it. I have suffered a flat tyre and know two others who have done the same.

Loose or broken manhole cover, 20th March
For some me time now there has been a loud ‘double-clunk’ as cars drive over a cover in the road. It’s a residential street and the noise is waking residents during the night.
The cover is a couple of hundred yards past Alfold Post office on Loxwood Road as you head towards Billingshurst.
Could someone fix it please?

Mud on road. Very dangerous, 7th January
There is a serious amount of mud on the sharp corner on the a281 from the construction site at wildwood golf course . This is a road that has more than its fair share of accidents and this is extremely dangerous!!

A vast amount of slippery mud all over the road, will cause an accident, 7th January
There is a huge amount of mud and bits of brick on the A281 in alfold just past the alfold crossroads, it is very slippery and will end up causing an accident. The mud is coming from development at Wildwood Golf Course. The issue happened before Christmas but has been fine over the Christmas holidays as no work was happening. Now the work has restarted after the break the road is awful again. I am worried for drivers and walkers safety.

New sign placed at height which is dangerous to public, 29th October
The sign was put up following the building of a new housing estate. The 1st & 3rd photos show location. The second shows the height compared to myself who stands 170cm tall. The sign is to low and people using the footpath have almost hit their heads, when avoiding others on the path.
