Drain grid is sinking and a depression is forming leading out into road by about a foot currently. The depression is a danger to cyclists. The grid has a long history of sinking, being "Repaired" and then sinking again. This whole stretch of road was recently resurfaced and yet the problem is back after a very short time. This needs to be fixed properly.

The wooden fence over the brook has collapsed and is a safety risk of falling in. The wooden post has a metal rod sticking out of it. Needs to go to Hart DC

Typical example of commuter parking in Southby Drive, 25th April
Not sure how residents and deliveries are supposed to get in/out of the road today. I have raised this problem with the council on numerous occasions, but nothing has been done. They even went as far as marking out restricted areas last year, but never completed it.

The scout hut have cut down various trees to extend their barrier onto the footpath with a tarpoling now extended out of the barrier. Blocking the stream that runs at the bottom, which is worrying in terms of flooding

Ovetgrowth path with brambles, 19th April
Please can you address this overgrowth path. Its opposite the Heron pub and goes down into Ancells Farm. Its a main thoroughfare from the house estate to Fleet and the train station. Its overgrown and there are now brambles growing out at shin level onto this path. Thanks

Selbon and Labram Holmes - Illegal Placement of For Sale Signs, 15th April
Selbon and Labram Holmes are breaking the law by placing for sale signs outside of the boundary of the property they are selling. As you can see in the picture they have placed signs at the end of the road not within the boundaries of the properties.
The law states the estate agent boards should only be displayed inside the boundaries of the property and should not be displayed anywhere else such as the road. Displaying them anywhere outside of the property is illegal.
The Council needs to crack down on this as they are appearing everywhere where they should not be placed. This is Flyposting and can and should be prosecuted.
