Dangerous deep pothole, 10th March
Dangerous deep pothole which has been reported numerous times but no action taken on slip road from B3000 joining Hogs Back. Too dangerous to stop and take photo. It will kill someone with a tyre blow out or motorcyclelist hitting it

Safety Fencing & Street Light Damaged on slip road, 4th March
Milestone maintain street lighting on behalf of Surrey County Council. We received an anonymous report of damage to a street light. When we inspected the area, we found a section of safety fence and a street light damaged. The street light has been made safe, but not replaced. The lack of adequate safety fence is a hazard to road users.

Left over and broken signs, 29th February
I have reported these broken signs and old ones (now at least 5 A frames lying on nearby verges, but you keep closing the cases. Why? I don’t understand the system, and I dont understand why an update I supply is not passed to National Highways. What does happen to these updates? I do think that littering the verges with leftover and broken signs invites others to drop all manner of litter, which is then costly to clear up.

A3 Shackleford northbound sliproad, 11th January
A marginal improvement has been effected today, thank you. There are now two large round 40 signs lying on the verge, one I dragged there myself this afternoon as your agents were unable to collect it from the side of a SCC road, apparently. These two are now on the slip road verge, please can they be taken away? Also on the verge and nearby verges are five Aframes not in use, please can they be removed also. They might be needed elsewhere and we don’t want them on the verge causing an obstruction.

Barrier has been damaged, 13th December
The barrier has been damaged for a long time, metal posts are sticking out and danger should someone hit the same location. Used to have cones around and I once saw workers looking at it but it has not been repaired

40 sign has fallen off its temporary Aframe support on northbound on slip road, 28th November
The sign has blown down Hurtmore Road and is still lying in the verge, along with an old Aframe. Previously you have directed me to report this to SCC but they won’t move the sign because it is the responsibility of National Highways. There are still three temporary signs where the repair of the original would be far better and safer. This junction could hardly be less safe.

Growth blocking site lines, 11th October
Very disappointed that this problem was reported to you by someone else 3 months ago, and nothing has been done to alleviate the issue. It is VERY dangerous when drining up the sliproad from the A3 Northbound onto the roundabout at the end of the sliproad. Traffic coming across the A3 bridge cannot be seen until the last moment
