The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of GU15 1EE:
Overgrown vegetation starting to block pathway, 24th April
Hi, the vegetation is becoming overgrown on the footpath to the motorway footbridge again and needs cutting back severely!! I use it from the entrance at the junction with Russet Gardens - this is where it is at its worst. It is already approaching 6' high in places. Nettles are rife and usually end up blocking the pathway which people use to get to the local school and hospital. The vegetation is covering the pathway making it very narrow in places too so people have to walk in single file; this really needs to be cleared properly to widen the path back to the width it is paved to. This is starting to become an issue after all the rain we have had and being spring time. Whenever the job has been done in the past it is done poorly and inadequately - please send in workmen who are capable of clearing the area properly. I use this path daily and feel I will need a machete soon to get through the weeds and nettles! This happens EVERY YEAR yet the entire area is ignored. Please schedule regular maintenance of the entire area, not just one part.

Lyon Way has multiple large pot holes and degraded road, 22nd March
There is a very large pot hole opposite the exit from BAE Systems onto Lyon Way (near the new flats). When exiting the office and going onto Lyon Way, it is hard to miss the hole, This has been there for months and is progressively getting worse. The whole of Lyon Way has issues, but the section close to the traffic lights where it meets Frimley Road has effectively become a nasty rumble strip. I've seen multiple instances of people swerving to get round some of the deeper ridges.
