Multiple potholes & uneven road surface, 3rd April
This has been reported by me twice before. Once in October 2023 & again in January 2024. I received notice that action was being scheduled yet the surface remains atrocious. It resembles the moon with all the craters..

This is on the slip road, in th middle of the road. It is a combination for 3 potholes. Cars are now driving hazardously around the hole, some driving up the curb. It feels dangerous to drive into.

About 4 different sized potholes in one place., 19th March
There is about 4 different sized potholes in the middle of the road. They are unavoidable and about 4 to 5 inches deep. I'm surprised they haven't caused more damage to road users. This issue has been there for many months now.
