The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of GU10 5AA:
Severe flooding of roundabout & surrounding carriageway, 30th April
Severe flooding of whole roundabout & surrounding carriageways due to inoperative gulley's.
Roundabout badly eroded as a result, also signs still in terrible state from collision summer 2023.
Given roundabout is at the summit of a pretty steep hill, flooding really takes some poor engineering in the first place.

Toxic air from illegal chippy unbreathable., 27th April
The toxic air being spewed out by this illegal business has reached new levels of foulness, rendering outside air physically unbreathable.
How much longer are planning enforcement going to take to shut this illegally operating establishment down & have them physically remove the illegally installed extraction system?
This situation is physically harming peoples health. It must end with haste.

Large pothole exposing corner of manhole, 12th April
This pothole is quite deep and exposes the corner of a metal manhole cover. I hit it at slow speed and it destroyed my tyre instantly. I know of at least one other person who also lost a tyre. It seems very dangerous given any car hitting it will hit a metal corner.

Mud and filth on road, 21st March
There is currently thick mud on the Beacon Hill Road by Collards Tip, as there almost always is. This is very slippery and dangerous, a particular nuisance to those of us who have just cleaned our car! As the mud has dried a little distance from the tip, traffic stirs up thick clouds of dust, greatly reducing visibility for the motorist. This dust can enter the nearby Marlborough Hill Estate, causing a nuisance and possibly a health hazard to residents. This nuisance has persisted for a long time, with only ineffective, token efforts to resolve it. It would be wonderful if this difficulty could be properly overcome to the benefit of motorists, local residents and walkers on the common.

Edge of road worn away and jagged edges, 15th March
Road surface badly eroded at the side, making it very jagged and passing vehicles have to churn up the muddy areas on the side of the road - now damaging wheels on vehicles with wheel spins and quite dangerous. Perhaps the muddy areas could be tarmac instead going forward? Been getting worse and worse this year with all the rain.
