Narrowed footpath, 5th February
The dirt and grass bank has been allowed to encroach on the footpath so that it is now forcing pedestrians to walk near the edge of the path and dangerously close to the traffic. It would be impossible to navigate this pathway with a wheelchair, so discriminating against wheelchair users.

Road surface is extremely slippery in dry and wet weather, 27th November
Regardless of dry or wet weather, the road surface is very slippery (worn out?) despite my car having brand new low profile tyres. Needs urgent attention - was disappointing it didn’t get done when Seal village further on wass recently resurfaced.

Faulty lights, 24th November
The pedestrian crossing lights are stuck cycling through despite no one being there waiting. The wait light is visibly stuck on and does not clear. This is causing traffic to back up unnecessarily along the A331

Unnecessary Traffic Cones, 9th October
We used this junction, coming from A3, on Friday 6th, Sat 7th, Sun 8th and today Mon 9th October. The cones have closed the inside lane all the way on this roundabout and on the first stretch of A331 towards Aldershot. There are no work-staff, no holes, no equipment, etc.; however, there are massive queues on the A31 from Guildford and from Farnham. Drivers using the inside lane are ignoring the pull-across signs and behaving badly by forcing themselves into the queues. There is no need for this chaos. With a total lack of control, maybe the public should throw all the cones & signs onto the verge.

Toucan crossing stuck on "WAIT", no pedestrian/cycle phase given, 16th September
On the pedestrian crossing on the slip road from the westbound A31 to the roundabout with the A331 there is a toucan crossing. On the west side of this crossing (for people wishing to cross in a easterly direction) there is a button to request a pedestrian/cycle phase. The unit lights up "WAIT" whether the button has been pressed or not. No pedestrian/cycle green phase is present. I waited for three full car cycles and no crossing green phase was generated.

Toucan crossing wait too long, 28th August
The dwell time for the pedestrian phase on the A331(S) -> A31(E) slip road is unnecessarily long. This exposes pedestrians/cyclists to greater danger from drivers crashing into pedestrian refuge, pollution, and the risk of users crossing before the lights change. During peak hours especially, there is no break in motor vehicle flow, so there is no benefit to overall flow from a long wait. Minimising the pedestrian dwell time (i.e. under 5 seconds) would improve overall flow and also reduce the risk of injury - your statutory duty under TMA 2004 S16. It would also improve the attractiveness of the route iaw 'Gear Change' and LTN1/20 statutory guidance.

Overgrown grass causing problems for motorists, 18th June
No photo available as always driving here only.
The grass in the island in the middle here is horribly high and blocking viewing the traffic coming off the A31 towards the Hogs Back Hotel. This road appears to have no name but as you come from 'The Street' in Tongham, turn left to go onto the A31, and it is at the top of the hill just before you turn to go past the garage and onto the A31. (hope this helps).
Please could it be cut down - really not ideal or safe currently.
