Beoken wall, 11th March
Wall has been broken for 5 years after a car crashes into it and has never been fixed. It was fixed after a previous crash before that but the council never bothered to fix it. It's an eye sore. Need a barrier up at this bit as cars speed up the hill of Viewfield Road and it's dangerous for pedestrians. Someone was hit by a car here a few months ago also. Fix wall, barriers and a zebra crossing or traffic lights would be great as there's lots of kids who cross at this T junction trying to get to and from school who have to wait ages as drivers don't let them pass either

Pavement parking, 28th December
My neighbour continues to park on the pavement blocking access to my property. I have gone to their door and asked them to stop, but they continue to do this. I had to cancel a furniture delivery today as access to my property is blocked with their van. I struggle to gain free access to my property, have had to squeeze along the wall with message bags. My family and friends complain all the time this is simply unfair. Please tell me what can be done about this.

Serious Ice Issues, 29th November
Groundwater running out onto the street is causing a severe slip hazard outside 81 Mitchell street.
Scottish water have investigated and say it's groundwater run off caused by the sloping gardens and the council need to install drainage on the edge to catch the water. Other houses (85/87) on this row of houses have drainage to catch water due to similar issues but this one doesn't and causes this same issue every year.
This is a busy pathway used by young kids making their way to/from school, elderly residents and dog walkers who cannot walk safely in the winter, having to walk on a busy main road to avoid and the resident at 81 cannot leave her house by the front gate due to the build up of ice as it's not safe due to her mobility issues.
This has been reported multiple times but nothing gets done, does it need someone to be seriously hurt and a claim against NLC to have this resolved?
