This is a council ran bottle bank / bin facility that is being abused, today there is a sink, toilet pan dumped, the locals cannot use the facility as motor homes dump all and sundry in the wrong bins.

Road was dug up for water/gas/electricity work. Since repairing it sunk, it had then been repaired, it has sunken again since causing noise everytime a vehicle goes over.

Water running constantly, 1st November
For years water has constantly been streaming out from a seam halfway up Monemore brae covering the junction in water. In the winter the whole junction is covered in ice constantly, making the blind junction to craignavie and the junction onto the main road incredibly dangerous for vehicles and pedestrians. This has been ongoing for years with multiple reports of the issue, but it still happens. Please fix before the winter comes again.
Nothing fixed regarding water. Cold weather on its way. We face another winter of a iced over frozen road junction on the hill, and pavement.
