The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of FK2 0DP:
1 bit pothole and loads of others around it at entrance to premier inn and brewers fayre, 1st February
At the entrance to the car park at the premier inn and brewers fayre, there is a good number of pothole surrounding each other. There is quite a large one as well which is quite deep and wide. It is causing customers to park elsewhere as they want to damage their car. It has been a developing issue over th months but over the past 2 month, it has got progressively worse.

5 inch potholes covering the complete junction, 3rd January
The potholes have been there for over a year and a disgrace. These could easily damage cars. It is also uneven, dangerous to cross the road to walk on this particular area of the road.

Large porthole 2feet long 1foot wide and getting deeper every day t, 26th February
This pothole is across from 2 Roselea drive ,brightons for well over a month and is getting bigger and deeper everyday with all the cars coming in and out of the street

Blocking bin collection, entrance to other parking and blocking residents from parking properly in parking bay, if anyonr parked behind his motor the road woud be blocked., 10th February
Where this large van with trailer is parked is a nuisance. Bin collection operatives cannot see bins or move them at times. This large van does not allow residents to park vertically in the large bay on the right so only 4 cars can fit instead of 8. If I or anyone was to go park behind the trailer if its legal to park there the road would be blocked and not allow traffic through. I have seen this on many an occasion. So residents have to park far away and find parking to accommodate this large van and trailer. It also sometimes blocked the entrance to the car park on the right hand side. It's only because use neighbours aren't ass*oles that we don't park in front or behind the trailer because we would definitely block the road. So we are all forced to park further down the road or in the small parking bay on the left which only allows for 3/4 car parked sideways when if we could use It vertically would allows for 8/10 like it used to.

Cars constantly blocking one way in and out entrance, 7th October
Cranshaws Drive is one way in and out. Cars coming down hill towards the junction Salmon Inn keep blocking the entrance off. If emergency services need to enter they cant, or if residents need to get out in an emergency we cant . When you are coming up the hill turning right into Cranshaws Drive and drivers keep blocking it off (coming down the way) it generates a queue at peak times at the junction potential car crash and pile up. It's even worse when temporary traffic lights are there. A keep clear sign on the road would help. Just thoughtless and dont realise potential restrictions or risk.

The full length across the road looks to have been dug up previously and the tarmac on this area has gone leaving a concrete base.

Pot hole, 6th November
Another big pot hole on this road right on top of a metal services cover corner of cranshaws drive and direct next to pedestrian footpath. Potential to damage/injure to cars/persons. Please fix asap.
Still seeing lorries over 7.5 tonne limit still going up salmon inn road on a regular basis.
Falkirk council rectified the other ones quickly..thank you. This is another one recently appeared the past week.

Huge pot hole, 24th September
Huge pot hole. Potential to damage cars. 2 road cones been placed in it. Could potentially harm pedestrians if someone hits it as pathway very narrow needs repair asap. Noticed big industrial machinery and lorries bigger than allocated tonne allowance using this road for house new build up in polmont.

Burst water pipe, 2nd December
There appears to be a burst water pipe where there is a new house being built on Maddiston Road B805 just up from the junction with Waggon Road. The drain appears to be blocked

These holes have been there for a while now. They were partially repaired during the summer but all the filling has come out.

Constant crashes at this junction 4 times last 1.5 weeks - Potential death before long, 23rd October
Salmon Inn Brae Junction - This has been reported before nothing done. last week and a half there have been 4 crashes at this junction. Last night again another crash. Surprised that no one was killed it was so bad. Approx 20 emergency services at the scene firemen, police and ambulance, took them over an hour to get the injured out out of the car. This is more and more and you have quoted in the past that this is not a priority road for review. its about time that this junction is made safe before someone is killed. Its upsetting to see on a regular basis as a resident close to this junction. please attempt to make this a safer road before its too late. it has been reported several times even by a local MP and nothing done. its about time it was addressed for all local safety.
