Sustran 765 Old Railway Line to Doune, 21st June
The trees are overgrowing the path so that it is impossible to cycle without crouching down. The path is cracking up. Other trees are leaning, some of which haven't been cleared and made safe since Storm Arwen. The whole length of the Sustrans 765 from Dunblane to Doune needs checking. Near Greenyard Farm there is slurry on the surface and the three road humps have lost their warning paint.

Potholes on roads surrounding Deanston Primary School, 16th April
There are potholes all around Deanston Primary School. This is just terrible - more third world Africa than first world Scotland. Not conducive for Active Travel. It must be really unpleasant for the people living on the road. The potholes that have been fixed are of such low quality that they are crumbling. It must be so depressing for the children.

Sustrans 765 Doune Railway Track: trees leaning including one across the path itself., 13th January
Sustrans 765 Doune Railway Track: trees leaning including one across the path itself. Some trees fell during the recent Storm and they have been removed but some of the remaining trees are now on the move. The ground is shifting. As can be seen from the attached photograph, many of these remaining trees are leaning and there is clear movement of their root plates. One is actually across the track. This needs to be sorted as a safety issue and as a matter of urgency.

Junction A84 with B8032: potholes, 11th August
Junction A84 with B8032: potholes turning right off A84 into B8032 just after bridge. Very dangerous for cyclists because of the amount of fast traffic on the A84 and the fact that the traffic is coming around a bend and is then funnelled into the bridge area. Cyclists have to pull to the right hand side of the road and make sure there is nothing coming while signalling and knowing that there is fast moving traffic behind them. Then they have to cross the right hand carriageway while looking out for fast moving traffic in front and behind while negotiating uneven surfaces and potholes, and looking at the B8032 and Leny Rroad. That's four streams of traffic and numerous potholes. As another recent report has said, It has been like this for ages. I'd also like to remind Stirling Council that there is a climate emergency and that they have committed to supporting Active Travel, including encouraging cycling. Well, this junction is discouraging cycling so please get it fixed asap.

Numerous potholes at the junction of the A84 stirling Road where the road joins the B8032., 11th August
There are numerous large potholes at the junction of Deanston village, where people are entering and exiting the village, they hinder ability to exit and enter the junction with ease. These get repaired annually but never properly therefore recur often!! They need to be repaired once and for all as there is a sharp bend near the junction with fast oncoming traffic, so people need to exit and enter the junction with ease and these potholes dont allow that!! Not the mention the damage to the vehicles they are doing....

Pavement and manhole cover weak and feels like it will collapse, 26th May
There are 2 of the BT square style covers on the pavement next to the layby/bus stop. Cars have been repeatedly parking on the pavement on top of these covers (which as they are for a pavement are possibly not designed to support the weight of cars).
The covers are now weak/worn and wobbly and the pavement nearby is distorted with a hole starting to form. It feels like it could collapse soon so may need looked at.
Maybe paint some double yellow lines too as you cant get past with a buggy when the car is on the pavement ;-)

Blocked drain creating very large puddle on A84 when it rains, 19th February
Every time it rains for more than a few hours are large puddle forms, covering the side of road that carries west bound traffic.
Apart from being dangerous to road users, the puddle that forms blocks one of the main crossing points for residents of the Wood of Doune, and results in them getting soaked when a car or lorry goes along the road.
The puddle forms on the A84, where the path from Rowan Court exits on to the pavement of the A84.
