Line painting in busy car park needs redone especially the zebra crossing which is now being ignored by users of the car park in vehicles when pedestrians want to cross safely. Would also recommend a safe walking route line painting somewhere too. Most spaces lines need redone too.

Overgrown hedges/shrubs, 22nd August
The path entrance/exit to Braemar Park at Montgomery Crescent is overgrown and needs cut back. Would take about 2 hours for a couple of staff. Would help the amenity of the area and would clear the path for walkers/user's. Don't think it's been cutback for a few years at this point.

Braemar Park Play Park: no sand or bark, 13th July
Braemar Park Play Park: no sand or bark on the ground. It's almost completely gone. As can be seen from the photos, this means that the soil is exposed and that rosebay willowherb is growing on the site. The sand and bark should be present to provide protection (physical protection and disease protection) for young children and so why is it missing? This needs to be rectified immediately.

Where Sustrans 765 crosses the A820: very low visibility, 21st June
Where Sustrans 765 crosses the A820 (heading northwards): there is such very low visibility to the right that it gives less than three seconds warning of seeing a car. This is because the bushes in the field stick out and severely reduce the sightlines. T This happens every year but is particularly bad this year. IT'S VERY DANGEROUS. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT IMMEDIATELY!

Potholes - surface of A9 Footbridge - subsidence, 7th June
There are two potholes on both sides (west approach and east approach) on the tarmacked surface of the footbridge crossing the A9, in Dunblane. In both cases the potholes are exactly where the footbridge meets the slope of the hillside. The tarmacked surface in both cases just seems to have dropped vertically rather than been worn away. It's worth reporting to you in case it is a structural/subsidence issue with the bridge. In addition there is some wearing on the path to the west of the bridge quite near the bottom of the slope. This needs fixing too.
