Loose chipping hazardous to cyclists, 18th July
Loose chipping hazardous to cyclists along this road. The loose chippings have gathered in the middle and on the left hand side of the road (travelling north). They have clearly not been rolled into the tarmac properly.

Standing water, 3rd February
A large pool of standing water exists on the public road outside my house (Feddal Lodge) during periods of wet weather. Passing traffic splashes so much water into my garden that it becomes waterlogged all winter and useless for growing or for parking.

Road and drain in need of repair, 19th December
This section of road leading from the A822 up to Greenloaning primary school is in desperate need of repair. The drain on the corner is not functioning properly which means there is an almost permanent puddle here and during bad weather, this takes up an entire lane of the road.
Slightly further up from the drain, the road surface is terrible and I hit a pot hole today that I did not see as it was so deep it was full of water.
I am concerned about potential damage to my car, I'm a single parent and can't afford a repair bill at this time of year hence why I am reporting this to you know to give you the opportunity to do something about it.
If after 14 days this is not repaired, I will be holding you liable for any subsequent damage that occurs to my vehicle as a result of being unable to avoid pot holes on this section of road.
