Pavement covered in gravel, 23rd August
This road was recently resurfaced and the excess gravel was swept from the road but the pavement wasn't. The skid-risk has now transferred to the cycle path/pavement. Also the gavel makes it a lot more difficult to push buggies/prams along that section. That section is difficult as it is with the foliage, brambles etc leaning over, in addition the skid-risk signs are blocking the path in places as well. The worst bit is on the narrow bit by the bend, it also has branches and twigs laying on the path.

Vegetation blocking sightlines when walking and cycling on the Alloa side of the old Alloa Road bridge, 28th June
When turning right onto the old Alloa Road after crossing the recently repaired bridge over the river the sightlines are blocked by overgrown vegetation and it is not possible to see if another cyclist of walker is using the path. Please send a team out to cut back the vegetation.

Vegetation blocking the sightlines for cyclists and pedestrians crossing the junction from the Old Alloa Road at Blackgrange roundabout., 28th June
The vegetation on the verges is blocking sightlines as you ascend from the old Alloa Road to cross the junction at Blackgrange Roundabout. I had a serious accident here two years ago and do not want another one, Please send a team with a strimmer to cut back the excessive vegetation.

Tree branches overhanging the roof of my house, 5th June
The branches of this tree are overhanging the house and I have just had roof and gutters cleaned. The tree branches are almost touching my roof. The tree branches also overhang the public path and restricts access.

Overhanging trees/bushes onto foot/cycle path, 30th July
Overhanging trees/bushes onto cycle/foot path from Menstrie to Blair Logie. This particualrly affects cyclists as there are places where the overhang forces cyclists and also pedestrians very near to kerb putting them into potential conflict with vehicles especially lorries and buses that hug the kerb on this narrow section of road. It's been like this now for quite a few weeks. The path is very narrow along this section particularly on the bend where there is a lot of debris. Brambles are becoming an issue as they are at face level for cyclists. This section is from the Menstrie woods path to the Blair Logie car park

Blocked drain, 28th November
There is water running down the embankment and onto the road. With the recent freeze this caused a sheet of thick ice across the whole road. There is a road gulley immediately uphill of where the water comes off the embankment.

Traffic calming cobbles coming loose, 31st March
On the left branch of Birch Grove, Menstrie there is a traffic calming rumble strip constructed of large cobble type stones. A small hole has appeared next to one but there are now 13 loose stones several of which can be taken out by hand. One stone was replaced into its hole yesterday as it had come out. This is a serious trip-hazard as that part of the road is used daily by parents and children going to and from the primary school. It has been like this for several months and is getting worse.

Sunken utility cover, 19th October
Heading from Menstrie to Tullibody, before the bus stop there is a sunken utility cover near centre of the road. This has been like this for several years but never repaired.

Potholes at Blairmains Coffee Bothy, 26th January
Previously Reported at 19:48, Thu 12 April 2012 concerning 200m from where Manor Loan meets the A91 at Blairlogie there was severe flooding for about 100m towards the Blairmains Farm Shop which eroded the already poor tarmac.
Despite the then prompt patching of the potholes which was warmly welcomed recent wet weather has opened up a significant number of potholes which were prevously patched.
This is an important access for the patrons of Blairmains Farm Shop and patrons are put off from using the road due to the number of potholes.
While it is understood the pressures that your Service is under we would appreciate an early consideration to a longer term solution for this short distance of single track road.

Flooding Blairmains Farm Shop, 12th April
200m from where Manor Loan meets the A91 at Blairlogie there is severe flooding for about 100m towards the Blairmains Farm Shop.
Recently this area has had potholes patched which has been welcomed but with flooding even after modest rain this will simply open up the fragile tarmac.
It is an important access for the patrons of Blairmains Farm Shop and patrons are put off from using the road when flooded.
