Silver vehicle abandoned since 24 Dec 23. Blocking junction and has been damaged (wing mirror). Did have police tape around it but this has since disappeared.

Pavement blocking, dropped kerb blocked, 30th December
Constantly parks there every single day, there is no room for anyone to walk by at all, people have to walk on the road to get past back onto the pavement. The dropped kerb is completely blocked, parents with prams, people in wheelchairs or mobility scooters cannot safely continue their journey. The van is also parked on a junction. Dangerous and inconsiderate. Craigview sauchie immediately after turning in off alloa road/main street. It’s been happening for about 6 months every day. There is a parking bay less than 40 yards in front of the van but the driver will still park dangerously on the pavement/dropped kerb. Thank you.

Massive dips and potholes, 18th July
The whole road from the bends after the woodsman bar to the turning for Alva Academy is full of dips, potholes and potential issues. The dip on the bends forces cars out on to the opposite side of the carriageway and will cause an accident.
The other potholes have damaged both of our cars more that once and are getting worse!

Large Deep pothole encroaching on Carriageway, 14th July
A longstanding problem pothole. It's large & deep and specifically a risk to Cyclists who regularly use this road. Following rainfall the Pothole is invisible, looking just like a puddle. It's an accident waiting to happen. It has been reported to Clacks Council previously.

Pothole formed on bridge at "Glenfoot" Marchglen, 18th January
A pothole has formed recently and is enlarging on the bridge over the River Devon at Marchglen. If not repaired or at least temporarily filled ASAP It could lead to a vehicle accident within the narrow confines of the bridge or more extensive damage to the surfacing on the bridge deck.

Landslip developing, 5th July
A landslip is developing on Route C99 Marchglen Road that will eventually lead to a collapse of almost half the width of the carriageway with possible dire results for vehicles and injury to drivers. Their is characeristic cracking of the road surface above a steep slope in the adjacent field. The exact location is on the north side of the road adjacent the 6th edge marker post counting down the hill from near the former railway bridge at the junction with Route A908

Missing bins, 2nd May
Along the shared use footpath that follows the A91 between Alva and Tillicoultry, there used to be 4 rubbish bins spaced out along the path. Last year two of them (the ones along the route) were removed, leaving one positioned at each end of the path. Please could the middle ones be replaced as it is already very noticeable that people are dropping their litter and not picking up their dog’s waste, rather than carrying it to the end of the 2km stretch of path. Imminemt Land Slippage, 23rd April
Not far from the A908 a section of the road 50% approx looks ready to slide down the hill. Need weight limit signs up fast. I'd hate to be lorry driver following Sat Nav only to find the weight breaks the road in half

Path muddy and slippy, 9th December
Path absolutely manky. Rotting leaves are causing mud to the point of making it near unusable by bikes. It's getting caught in my frame and causing rub within minutes of getting on the path.

Two streetlights next to each other not working, 26th November
One of the lights goes off and on constantly, but is mostly off. This has been happening for months and has previously been reported. The other one is not working at all now for the last few weeks. There are only three streetlights so it is very dark.

Leaves on pavement, 11th November
This pavement was widened earlier this year. There are now leaves backed up on the inside of the pavement resulting in the area for pedestrians is halved. Pedestrians are forced to walk very close to the road. Would it be possible to have the leaves cleared please.
