Flytipping Hot Spot, 20th January
New set of rubbish bags this morning in favourite spot for fly tippers on Burghill Road outside Brechin. Black bags in clearing at 2nd layby on right coming from Brechin Bridge on long straight before Rough Moss. Looked like they had been dumped that morning, tyre marks in frost and bags were not frosted. Didn't look in bags but felt like polystyrene / insulation.
