Blocked drain under bridge - no pedestrian access, 7th November
The drain on the road, between the sides of the disused railway line is blocked with mud so the water isn't draining away. This is an issue for cars but absolutely impossible for pedestrians to pass without wading through water. This is the main access to Guthrie from the Forfar/Arbroath road so anyone getting off a bus can't get through without getting soaked.

Lots of mud has been dragged on to the road by farmer lifting tatties - finished lifting now. Dangerous skid risk.
