Seems to be overflowing bins caused by customers of KFC and Macdonalds in lay-buys. Also rubbish left from travellers. Can the overhanging branches of trees on opposite side of road from Douglastown to Forfar be trimmed? Pavement can’t be used by cyclists. Thank you, Graeme Clark, Forfar Community Council.
