Water is streaming out here, 13th April
There's a water exit pipe ( official? Unofficial??) Which drips water into the gutter and all down Strathern Rd until it gets to the Crawford Place junction, where the water streams across the carriageway. Its been doing this for many months.

Parking on the curb outside my house., 19th February
Frequent parking in the curb causes me issues with getting in and out of my driveway. Especially when people are parking this close to my dropped curb (see images). Has been like this as long as I’ve lived at my house (2.5 years). I’ve seen other areas along the road have bollards installed to prevent this.

Long narrow but deep pothole, 17th February
This pothole has been getting worse since before Christmas. Long and narrow, but deep, and in direction of traffic flow. Particularly dangerous for the numerous cyclists that use this road, particularly at night.

Inconsiderate parking/pavement parking, 22nd January
Our neighbour at no XXBlake St has now parked a very large motorhome and a Transit van on the pavement opposite to my property as per attached photos. This appears to be a permanent arrangement as neither vehicle has moved for several months. There is no room left for delivery vans ,visitors etc as these vehicles use all parking at our location, forcing delivery vans to block the entrances to other properties This is a residential area and streets are fairly narrow, which causes myself and other neighbours difficulty when attempting to park off street in our own properties. Our street is also used as a "rat run" at certain times of the day , and when exiting we are met with cars travelling too fast for the conditions and, on the wrong side of the road because of these vehicles Both vehicles are parked on the pavement causing an obstruction. One neighbour has spoken to the owner and was told that he had no plans to move the vehicles, which suggests that he has no care for the inconvenience caused to surrounding properties. In addition, I don't want to look at a Transit van outside my house for an extended time and would appreciate any action that could be taken to force our neighbour at no XX to find a more suitable location for his possessions. Streetlights obscured by trees, 24th October
Streetlights 2 and 4 on Davidson Street running down to Claypotts Road are obscured by trees, so much so that the footpath and road cannot be seen. The lights are on during the day because of this shading. The light on the one way sign does not light.
