Broken window (and the rest ), 23rd March
The window on the first floor stairs (where young people who live in the block and their friends smoke weed -assuming that while it’s illegal to, and that most if not all are children no-one seems bothered by)has been broken for months (or a year /more) . Today a piece blew from the window and hit someone entering the block. Whether it’s been reported to Dundee city council or not by any tenants , since it’s been broken for such a long time, staff from Dundee city council will have walked past it ( while doing repairs within flats , while cleaning the stairs every week, while putting letters through the doors requesting that tenants don’t fly tip and so on ). The flats in Gourdie Road are awful and must be an embarrassment to the city of discovery. None of what would be discovered are things anyone would want to discover. The broken window is a minor thing in comparison to most of the street. However , someone was injured by it today (it’s very windy which wouldn’t have helped).

Delivery's are constantly going to the wrong address due to wellwood court being double addressed, 11th March
I live in the cottage at 4 Yeamans Alley and have done for years now. Since the block of flats have been built wellwood court Yeamans Alley, I've had nothing but bother with mail and delivery's being sent to flat 4 Yeamans Alley. This is causing serious issues with getting my mail. My neighbours are getting sick of it and I'm trying everything in my power to stop any mail or packages from going there. I have spoken to numerous companies and they have all informed me that it's up to the council to fix the problem. What can be done about this?

Parked at junction, on pavement, partially blocking lane, 1st March
It has been here on the corner of Grays lane and Lochee High street, partially on the pavement for several weeks and is causing an obstruction by partially blocking one lane

Continuous dumping/flytipping, 12th February
This is outside 10 Gourdie Road AGAIN.
Are there any council employees able to look through it to find out who’s rubbish it is? Is there any point in having the ability to fine people for dumping/flytippping/littering if they’re not enforced?
It’s disgusting having to subsist in this area , impossible for many people (wheelchair users, people pushing prams/ buggies for example) to do a simple thing like walk on a pavement all the way on one side of Gourdie Road.

Drain is collapsing resulting in pothole, 23rd January
Cycling towards Ninewells Hospital on Mallaig Ave between the end of the Green circular cycle route and Greenstone Tce, a drain in the gutter is collapsing. The full length of the drain has about a 3" drop. First noticed about 3 weeks ago and it has sunk more since then.

Multiple (6+) deep pothole, 15th January
At least 6 deep pot holes along errol road from main street to the corner with station road. ALso a number of the drains have sunk again, causing even larger pot holes.

More holes in the fence, 5th January
As is visible in the photos, there are more holes in this fence. There are also footprints from the people who walk across the dual carriageway. It’s clearly life threatening for those people and drivers.

Filth at 10 Gourdie Road (again, like always), 16th December
The bag of rubbish at left side of the the entrance to 10 Gourdie Road is *still* there after several months. It’s disgusting and probably a health hazard .
Right now there’s a trail of cat litter beside it from a burst bin bag that the person carrying to the eurobin didn’t bother to sweep up.

Cars parking on pavements across from driveway, 7th December
Cars are parking wrong direction on pavement, across from my driveway making it hard to get in and out of my drive, plus wheel chairs and prams have to go onto the road to pass. The whole of Ullapool Crescent is going the sane way. You should put double yellow lines down or hit drivers with fixed penalty notices with points on their licences.
