Lights on and off and around junction 45 north and south, 18th November
On junction 45 of the m6 the street lightning has been knocked off yet again for the 2nd time this year it is a real hazard and me being a user of this junction every morning and every night I witness near misses and close calls every day due to the lights been knocked off and the cars cannot see the slip roads

Extremely long deep pothole on the junction of Border Crest and Africanda Road, 7th September
This long deep pothole has been here for months, when it is raining and they are filled with water any visitors to the street who don't know about them get a bumpy ride. The locals who do know about them are often on the wrong side of the road turning the corner to avoid them, this is not good.

Multiple potholes, 24th March
Stretch of road between Scottish and English border signs is in shocking condition with multiple potholes and broken/rough/uneven surface. Signs up for 'Temporary Road Surface', it's not a temporary road surface, its a road that has been neglected and suffered from this problem for years risking vehicles and driver safety. Can someone please take ownership and conduct appropriate repair or resurfacing.

Pothole in middle of road., 9th April
Hit this pothole driving at the speed limit and my alloy and tyre is ruined. For tyre and alloy to be replaced gonna cost me £150. Would like to speak to somebody about it. Been there for a while now and nothing been done!
