Roadworks infill not done correctly, 6th March
There has been some roadworks on a lot of roads around this area last year. Most has been filled in correctly, this section in front of Armstrong House is however not done well at all, as a result there can be as much as 2cm difference in the level of the road surface and the infill, as a result your car "tramlines" and I'm worried that the level of the ridge could damage tyres, and even wheels with low profile tyres.

Traffic lights stayed on Red, 11th November
I got to the lights as they turned to red. The traffic going each way on Mosham Road got 5 turns each and yet we on Gate House Lane got none.
Can only assume there is an issue with the under road loop detection.

Commercial Vehicles constantly parking on cul-de-sac, 31st August
New estate, Pentland Chase Cul-de-sac in Auckley. There are three large commercial vehicles parked constatntly on the street when they are not in use, making visibility when approaching and leaving the street difficult. We have very limited parking anyway and it makes parking for other residents/ visitors extremely difficult. It also seems that the business workers park their vehicles on the street whe picking up one of the commercial vehicles, meaning there are constant parking obstructions.

Untaxed vehicles vehicles "blocking a dropped kerb section 86 Road Traffic act", 16th July
The owner of the ford focus I previously reported for obstructing my drive appears to think it's amusing to park one of his other cars in front of my drive when they are numerous other place he could have parked, I assume this is because I reported, "I believe now may be" his untaxed vehicle "the red honda civic" parked in between the 3 series bmw estate and the ford focus, maybe he thinks you won't be able to tow it away with the other cars parked so close, just sort it out please, he or she is breaking the law on two counts.
Also he may be a St leger tennant if so I believe selling cars from a St Leger home is breaking the tenancy agreement?

Traffic Management Act 2004 - 86 Prohibition of parking at dropped footways etc, 16th July
If it's against the law who is responsible for sorting it out, I've had my "I" bar installed by DMBC as suggested, but I've been told in the past it isn't against the law by official sources I've contacted, this despite the below section 86 stating it is.
The car belongs to someone who lives in the street, but as you can see by the second photograph they had nowhere else to park, it's been there 48 hours now but as you can see they were unable to park outside of their own property owing to an untaxed vehicle they have parked there which has been reported to the South Yorkshire Police, the DVLA, and the DMBC.
Traffic Management Act 2004 86 Prohibition of parking at dropped footways etc.
(1) In a special enforcement area a vehicle must not be parked on the carriageway adjacent to a footway, cycle track or verge where—
(a) the footway, cycle track or verge has been lowered to meet the level of the carriageway for the purpose of— (i) assisting pedestrians crossing the carriageway, (ii) assisting cyclists entering or leaving the carriageway, or (iii) assisting vehicles entering or leaving the carriageway across the footway, cycle track or verge; or (b) the carriageway has, for a purpose within paragraph (a)(i) to (iii), been raised to meet the level of the footway, cycle track or verge.
Any help would be appreciated.

Illegal parking at school times on and around Valley drive, Moor View and Rural Crescent, 16th July
This has been repeatedly reported over several years by both myself, and my neighbours, this to Cantley with Branton Parish council, the South Yorkshire police, and the DMBC, however all appear to be unwilling to actually accept we have an issue with illegal parking, at school drop off, and collection times, and appear also unwilling to do anything about it.
All above are examples of offences under the road traffic act?

High number of drivers do not follow the 30mph speed limit, causing dangerous conditions to cross the road., 14th March
A high number of drivers along this element of the road, do not obey the 30mph speed limit, resulting in a dangerous environment for pedestrians wishing to cross the road. This stretch of road has already resulted in death due to dangerous driving, therefore i feel it is necessary that speed control measures are implemented in this area, namely speed cameras.

Constant dirt from construction sites on road, 17th February
There are numerous construction sites and a quarry in the area, none of which appear to be making adequate effort to either prevent dirt exiting their site onto the public highway, nor to clean it up afterwards. This issue extends to many of the roads around Hurst Lane and the B1396. As a cyclist, this presents a health hazard, due to the amount of dust disturbed (and inhaled) by other vehicles. The issue has been getting worse over winter (IE the amount of dirt has increased) and as the weather is getting dryer, the amount of dust is increasing.
