Massive pot holes and i mean massive, 24th February
Across the whole road. Few have been repaird. But still loads more Heading towards Sandoft just before the bridge there are some really deep ones.

The tarmac surrounding the manhole in the centre of Sandtoft junction has broken away in large lumps due to lorries turning, 16th February
This problem has been there for several weeks. There is also a subsided trench within a couple of meters of the said manhole that has been reported and repaired before. Also the ‘Beanie’ kerbs are full of soil causing some flooding.

Partially blocked culvert pipe at Sandtoft, 28th November
The culvert pipe under the C202 Idle Bank road at the 5 road crossroads at Sandtoft is still partially blocked despite being reported a couple of weeks ago. The photo shows the level of water in the feed in ditch as approx a meter above the pipe in question for the 3rd time since my previous report of this problem. This has now caused the permanent loss of at least 4 acres of crop in the adjacent field as the height of water is level with parts of that field. The drain itself is not in a fit state of maintenance either.

Massive litter and commercial rubbish, 7th November
The drain north of the Belton road from 5 road end Sandtoft towards trolley bus museum is full of litter and rubbish which has increased due to expansion of the industrial site, as shown on the photos. The rubbish shown on the photos is just a sample that I have removed by hand. Still more to do as it’s holding water back.

Drainage on and under roads, 7th November
Urgent attention required due to heavy rainfall to the culvert under the North Idle Bank C202 road at 5 road end Sandtoft. It is running but half blocked especially at Belton road end. Needs flushing. Also I discovered a buried concrete buttress on the Reindeer end which I think drains the road. The beany curbs also need flushing.
