Cars permanently parked opposite junction on bend, 25th February
You can't see when travelling south. It's dangerous. The whole avenue is dangerous, like a slalom getting through. Larger cars can't (my father's hearse couldn't get through). Emergency vehicles definitely wouldn't. Seems to have been like this for over six months.

Lots of uneven surfaces, old people live here and the pavements are shocking we may only be a small dead end street but we are ignored and neglected. The pavements are even worse since cadent did the gas pipes

Poor resurfacing by builders after utility connection dig. Repaired surface not level to rest of the road surface. Causing jolt to vehicles when passing over.

Number of gullies blocked on A16 from just south of traffic lights right up to NE Lincs boundary on both sides of road causing surface spray during heavy rain which isn't clearing away

Two street lights side by side now not working, 7th February
Two street lights next to each other are now not working. These are on southbound A16 immediately after the boundary to East Lindsey starts, the very first column is lit, the next two on the same side of the road are unlit. One of them has already been reported on FixMyStreet.

Cars are constantly driving over what was once a grass verge and as a result it is now thick mud and unsightly. Can the area on the photograph be resurfaced with tarmac so that further damage is prevented?

Unlit streetlight, 23rd January
Unlit streetlight since last week, this is almost directly opposite another street light that has been previously reported (and currently marked as work in progress) so there is now a stretch of dark road with no lighting. On the section of road it is a busy intersection with a filter to turn into the village, the light is the first street light heading southbound from A16 on the left hand filter lane into Holton Le Clay.

Street light not working, 23rd November
Street light not working on A16 northbound, column is between traffic lights at junction of Louth Road Holton Le Clay and the entrance to war memorial. All column reference numbers appear to have weathered off so I cannot identify the number, between the traffic lights and the war memorial entrance there are two lights and it is the most northerly light (closest to war memorial entrance) that is out.

Over flowing waste bins next to the children's play area., 3rd June
This is a new play area on the new Woodlands area off Matthew Telford Way, Scartho Top and the bins are overflowing and all on the floor.

Driving around the roundabout the wrong way, 18th July
Residents and visitors are going around the roundabout in the close the wrong way. This has been going on for two years now. I have reported this issue several times and no one is taking any action to resolve this problem. SOMEONE is going to get hurt or even worse.
