Chapel Lane is a minor road with heavy traffic, we have 50 + cadet’s travelling down 2-3 times a week and there are areas along the road with a large number of pot holes all the way to the Railway Bridge, there are 100’s of vehicle movements per week and this Lane will progressively get worse.

Many Potholes at the entrance to our site, 20th January
I have been reporting these pot holes, and road surface damage for 2+ years, and promised it would be re- surfaced. The surface has been patched up, but is all coming out again. I was informed by N. Lincs highways at the end of 2021 this would be resurfaced mid 2022. It still has not been done. It is Becoming dangerous to walk on, and damaging vehicles coming on to site, not to mention our products being delivered

Impassible parked cars at school times, 5th July
The amount of cars parked on this road at school pick up times is dangerous for both car drivers AND children! Cars park on one side of the road all the way along and it makes traffic getting to burringham village take inconsiderate risks to get past the parked cars. Off road parking should be made available with POLICED double yellows all the way along this busy main road!!!

20 - 30 inch pothole, 7th March
20 - 30 inch pothole on the only lane you can use due to the ongoing works at the pumping station making it near impossible to avoid. I have now a puncture on my tire due to this pothole taking a chunk out. Talking to other people they can also testify that they have in fact hit this same pot hole on many occasions. This will need rectifying asap.

Thick mud in road from tractors, 6th October
The farmers are not cleaning up the roads having been on the fields. Although they have slippery road signs even at 30 mph I skidded. I got to work and my colleagues have all skidded. And a delivery driver said that he lost control.

Repeat offender of littering, 25th January
An individual who works at PD ports in Gunness discards his food waste daily in the same location just outside of the village. I have witnessed this personally while walking my dog at the same time every day. AG08 WYJ is his car reg. PD ports have been made aware.

Large pot hole and deep set man hole right on tight corner, 4th February
I could not avoid the pot hole whilst riding my bicycle due to oncoming traffic. I almost came off my bike. I suffered a punctured inner tube and my rear wheel is now damaged as the axle is bent.
