Temporary traffic lights, 14th February
Absolutely disappointed how the traffic management team are sat in there vans not manning there lights which is backing traffic up near M62 which is very dangerous, I do traffic management myself and in my 10 years of doing traffic management I have never seen owt like that, absolutely pure laziness and a lack of respect and responsibility.

Unacceptable litter on the roundabout and surrounding areas, 2nd February
The litter on this motorway roundabout is a disgrace. If fact the litter along the both carriageways and on the exist slip road to Pontefract Jct 32 is also unacceptable. This is a long standing issue that has got much worse over the last 12 months

Vehicle on the hard shoulder westbound just before j34, 28th October
There is a car parked on the hard shoulder before J34 with no lights and I assume no occupants as I could not see anyone but it was at approx 22:30. Looked like a white BMW.

Massive pothole straight ouitside the entrance/exit to R.T. Keedwell haulage., 9th November
There has been a huge pothole for months which i beleive to be caused by the HGV's turning in and out of the yard and there is another small one apperaing which will only grow. I have seen cars go round the pothole to avoid it.

Ques on hard shoulder, 20th June
Over the past week around 4 or 5 pm, cars are queing on the hard shoulder , makeing it impossible to turn off legaly. at junctin 34 it needs a poilce car there and signs advising not to que on the hard shoulder .

Roadworks dangerous, 14th June
UPDATES Westbound exit sliproad is down to one lane due to roadworks. This is results in traffic backing up onto motorway. I witnessed many vechicles using hard shoulder as an extension to slip road believing it safer than being at a standstill on the motorway. This results in other vechicles deciding not to use the shoulder not able to leave the motorway safely. I have witnessed a number of very near misses where motorway traffic has to brake suddenly. One of these was a HGV that nearly jacknifed. It's a very dangerous situation and a serious accident is very likely

Glass M62 whitley bridge, 7th March
I've tried to call but no answer and I've been on hold for 10 min (and I need to start work!) A panel of glass fell from a lorry and smashed across the m62 covering the slow and middle lane near the slip road onto motorway. M62 whitley bridge junction travelling west.
