Over the past few months the road surface has been getting worse and worse. However recently the road has sunk in many places, resulting in large drops in the surface. Rubbish blocking footpath, 27th April

Tree damaged my broadband cable., 26th April
Ref previous report 5885295 you failed to understand the problem. With windy days the swaying boughs of the tree repeatedly struck my Openreach broadband cable and ripped the cable fixings out on my house and badly damaged the cable. Openreach attended my house this week and had to renew the cable due the action of your tree, the cable was shredded. If you don’t take action it is extremely likely to occur again and cut off my broadband and telephone . Please review your response to take no action.
