This car has been sat in this same position for months. Some times a man is sat inside smoking drugs. In the past week the window was smashed and the owner of the car had then littered all the glass over the pavement when covering it over. On many occasions we have seen people looking into the car now as we are concerned more vandalism will take place. Not to mention the drug use in the car. It's in taxed so shouldn't be here.

10 inch from the gate of 23 ling road, 11th May
11/05/2024 Ref: Tree on path outside 23 Ling rd Dear Sir/Madam The tree outside our property 23 ling rd - It is a trip hazard caused by roots on 10/05/2024 my husband tripped and fell causing him facial injury to face nose and lips due to the tree roots in front of our house, We are both elderly i am 84 yrs my mobility is poor following my stroke and afraid of falling and my husband 75 yrs with severe spinal stenosis a waiting surgery, Also damaged our brick wall splitting the wall in three areas and made the wall is completely out of alignment , This now will be the third time the wall needing to be rebuild because of the tree roots, This will be the third time having to rebuild it. Excess weed growth, 11th May
It appears Rydal Drive has not received weed control spraying this year as weeds are now growing strongly in the gutters and tree pits all down the road. If not attended, this will lead to clogged gutters and drains and road flooding later. Please can this issue be addressed.

Abandoned car causing an obstruction, 10th May
A Silver Vauxhall Corsa has been abandoned outside 91 This does have tax and mot until Dec 24 but it is causing an obstruction in the road, The car is also open.All cars park on one side of the road only, but this is on the other side, a large lorry has tried to get passed with difficulty. so if emergency services were needed this could make it difficult. please could this be looked into, and removed if possible.

Large tree causing damage to private property, 10th May
The trees in the area along Albion Road in between the entrance to the 151 Club Carpark and the carwash along the same stretch of road are now causing damage to the roof of the 151 clubs property. Upon investigation, the tree is broken and is directly now onto the 151's property. In addition to this, this entire length along the wall of the 151 club could do with cutting back as the clubs union jack flag has previously and does still now get caught and damaged in the trees branches which are encroaching onto the clubs land.

Outside no. 12 Large pothole developing, 10th May
There are 2 potholes which are directly in the line of drivers and cannot be avoided. Before long these will cause serious damage to drivers and parked cars. It appears as though these 'may' have been repaired in the past but they urgently need repairing again.

Road surface further damaged after repairs, 10th May
Temporary filling of potholes has now made the surface even more dangerous. The material used for the potholes has now broken up after the repair, leaving the original potholes and broken road surface across the road and pavement. Surface is now all breaking up.
