Tree roots causing a trip hazard, 26th April
The tree roots are pushing up the pathway and causing a trip hazards. The tenant of the property has told me that they asked L&Q to remove the tree a few years ago and have reported again lately, but nothing has happen and it is getting dangerous.

Daily illegally parked vehicles, 25th April
Parking on yellow zig zag lines. Parking on haven't, and across dropped pedestrian kerb access.
This is a daily occurance outside St Paulinus primary school.
The appointed Parking patrols do nothing on the odd occasion. Declining to leave their vehicles to administer Parking tickets.

Leaves and dirt building up on curb edge, 25th April
The leaves on one side of road are building up and creating dirt inbetween curb and road. I swept just outside my house and ended up scraping the dirt off. There was about 20 earth worms living in this dirt. By the next day leaves and dirt started to build up again. The whole road has build up on one side. Parking spaces are regularly used which makes cleaning difficult. I haven't ever seen any sweepers/cleaners since living in chapel hill. I do try to pick up litter when we see it but just would really like some assistance with the dirt and leaves building up curb side please, thank you.

There’s giant hogweed growing all along the path, causes blindness and severe burns to people and animals. Spreads very rapidly so needs removing before it seeds / hurts someone
