Blocked drains, 16th April
All of the drains on the lower / hill section of Westhall Road have been blocked for the longest time. Whenever it rains the road turns into a fast flowing river. This photo is outside number 50 but it's the same story up and down the road. There is only pavement on one side of the road and it is narrow so no escape from water splashed up by vehicles and getting soaked. Dangerous driving conditions too.

Rename Tithepit Shaw Lane to The Pothole Lane, 6th April
The road has a chronic problem with its road surface, and this has been the case for many years. The potholes have been repaired, only to reappear at the repair site. The only resolution to the pot holes that were at the bottom end of the road was to resurface the entire roadway. In the part part of the road that I'm reporting today, and along the length towards the school, you cannot drive in a straight line without hitting a pothole. There must be at least 20 potholes, or road defects that will soon become pot holes along this stretch of the road. My recent MOT highlighted 3 tyres on my car being damaged due to the dangerous defects in this street.

A ridiculous number of dangerous potholes., 17th February
Anything other than a large 4x4 is at real risk of damage. Worse, driving down this road requires eyes on the road only to avoid losing your wheels which is extremely dangerous and distracting considering a large school is sited on the road. Repeated patching is clearly not working. It’s simply dangerous and requires urgent resurfacing.
