Coulsdon Road, old Coulsdon is closed due to sewage works and the 466 bus has a split service., 18th April
The majority of 466 buses are terminating at the Tudor Rose with other 466 buses on diversion via Hooley before terminal and departing from Westway Common. Yesterday 8 466 buses, between 5pm and 5. 50pm when to Old Coulsdon before the 9 bus when to Caterham on the Hill. There have been other cases where people have had to wait for well over an hour before a Caterham on the Hill bus has arrived. The situation going towards Croydon in the morning is much the same. The works are going to be delayed further in the Summer school holidays for up to 6 weeks due to difficulties encountered. Please ensure that more buses go via Caterham on the Hill and back to Croydon during these diversions going forward now and in the Summer. This is not the bus drivers fault and it is a difficult job but it is also putting a great strain on all that relay on this final. Also the TFL website states the service is good and there are no issues with the route but this is clearly not the case. Thank you for your help with this important issue. I am a disabled customer who relays on what is normally a very good service but this issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible and planned better for which is going to be an issue now and in the Summer holidays for a protracted period.

Road & Pavement awash with water, 5th April
For as long as I can remember after rain the corner of this road is flooded but it is getting worse to the extent it makes it virtually impossible for pedestrians to cross the road. As buses park just up from here any pedestrians will get covered in water as they go by. As this is an ongoing problem something needs to be done to the drainage to resolve it once and for all

It’s too much now, they are keep on parking on the pavement blocking access to property and causing nuisance to pedestrians over a year . 100s of bottles, cans, bags of rubbish - and urine, 31st January
This section of Old Lodge Lane has long been blighted by fly tippers and litterers but I was struck yesterday by the volume of discarded rubbish there is here.
In addition to the usual cans and bottles there are now plastic water bottles of what can only be urine discarded along this stretch of road.
Being so close to the school and walking paths makes it more terrible but the littering extends all the way up to the Wattenden too.
A good clean up and perhaps CCTV to support prosecutions?

A potentially dangerous situation is also present with heavy trunks and branches lying on top of rotten and weakened branches of smaller trees.
