People have been throwing their bin bags onto the pavement, 28th April
This has been happening every week and it is just an eyesore to everybody in the neighbourhood. Furthermore, when rats get into the bin bags and rip them apart, the rubbish goes everywhere and creates a nasty smell. This has been happening for months now.

The centre part of Central Road, outside of Schoolgate Drive, where the white line runs, has deep holes in the road where the join of the two sides of the last tarring is wearing away. This is apparent for some distance either side of the intersection between Central Road and Schoolgate Drive. Issues has been present for at least 6 months.
